This project was built over a small garage flat; the aim was to provide a bedroom, bathroom and extra living space. The design had to be sympathetic to the existing buildings in this early 70's architectural award winning estate at Hunter's Moon. The construction was timber-framed with a rendered cement finish and cedar cladding on the front aspect and rear pod. The pod has a zinc roof and a juliet balcony to maximise light and bring the outside in.
